I have witnessed the driver and presumably the owner of this vehicle is always at crafton park in Redlands California from 6-7pm during soccer games smoking marijuana and yelling /screaming at his kids and random people about how he is paranoid about the cops being called on him for smoking marijuana while at the park with his kids. Also yells about how he is racist against white peoples. Watch out for this guy he seems to get angry and aggressive at random people while high.
