If I seen the dg in the car, I would have called the police First, & IF the dog was in distress I would have broken out the window to get that dog out of there! She doesnt need a dog Or any children! She Needs to do time in jail for at least 3 years!!!

As a double amputee, it's sometimes hard to get to a parking space close to the store, doctor, etc. Sorry that you are like you are. Hopefully, you will never know what it's like to have to live with no legs. Sounds like you are alright living with no heart, maybe you could make it. Thanksgiving
