On 4/10/2017 around 6:05 pm on Southbound I-5 heading onto Exit 132 onto Westbound Washington Highway 16,
The Driver of the Blue 2014 Ford F-150 from the left center lane cut off the right center lane of I-5 to exit to Highway 16. Instead of merging over well enough in advance.

Seen this guy weave in and out of traffic over the speed limit. This person gives me anxiety driving by him. I'm afraid this person is going to hit someone.
