This driver is honestly HORRIBLE, he first cuts me off, brake checks me and then gets off the car, says "im gonna make your kids watch some foxes have fun" and he got away with my kids...

This guy was let off by cops who stopped him, seemingly suspecting driving while under the influence due to the lights going. Somehow they let him go. Follow the story with The Battousai on YouTube:
