This is just uncalled for. This should not have been allowed to happen. This is rude and just plain disrectful to the deceased. And at a military grave. As a veteran I find this outrageous. He should be fined.

Based on the video they both need to go to jail for the following:
1) Excessive Speed
2) Reckless Endangerment
3) Road Rage
4) Improper Lane Change
5) Running Red Lights
