This driver and two accomplices were trying to run water protectors off the road on their snow mobiles. After loading those snow mobiles onto this truck they then chased their victims yelling and cussing at them.

My grandfather fought in Europe, US Army, WWII. He saw camps. He smelled rotting bodies. He escorted Nazis at gunpoint to see what they had done. I'm glad he's not around to see this. The owner of that vehicle should be glad too.
