Tow truck driver driving through peoples yards and driving through their gardens (20 feet from street).
These homes were not the ones being towed.

This man rear-ended me at a red light, saying it's not a big deal. He did not even apologize for his wrongdoing. He admitted to the police that he had NO driver's license. Be careful.
