Young man almost ran me into curb (see pics from dash cam). No awareness of cars around him. Did not pull back when horn sounded. Almost caused a crash. Some apparent road rage as he passed and cut off and then kept pulling in front of me as I changed lanes. Incident started when he neglected to advance through left signal while on cell phone.

Careless driver. Cuts people off just to be in front. Doesn't know what turn signals are. Tailgates constantly. Can't stay in a lane for more than 15 seconds.
