This person has no problem whacking their scuffed vehicle into your car while they're trying to park. When confronted, they swear and call you names. Told me and my neighbor to 'go back to your country' because she was confronted about backing into a car. NOT OKAY.

Witnessed this car be ran off the road by white SUV Chevrolet and when pulled over to Farmer's Market, SUV continued on.
