This jackass is on the 55fwy going 55mph. The reason for him going 55mph -- he is reading/texting someone that is very important and can't wait till he gets off the freeway. Meanwhile the cars behind this pendejo can't pass because everyone else is going 65+.

Two foot spikes must be easily removable to facilitate parking, street driving or tow avoidance. Would also explain the absence or other reports here. Might be a setup, but Texas *is* pretty lax on laws.
