The driver of this BMW Z4 convertible was blasting his culture in everyone's ears at Portland's Hawthorne Fred Meyer on 8/29/20. I couldn't hear an important call I was on, and he circled the lot, parked and kept cranking it, looking for admirers. At least it was decent Earth, Wind & Fire vs. the rap garbage they usually force onto neighbors. I think he was emboldened by the riots.

Was driving South on Lindero Canyon. An SUV changed lanes abruptly cutting me off. I was concerned he would do it again, so I moved into the same lane as he. He then abruptly slammed on his brakes and came to a complete stop. I nearly avoided what was an attempt to cause a vehicle accident.

August 30, 2020 at 12:20pm - SUV driver saw 2 pedestrians crossing through parking lot and sped up to hit the pedestrians and just missed the pedestrian who fell back. The driver of the SUV looked frustrated and angry and rushed to exit the parking lot. The SUV was a later model mahogany color vehicle. This is being reported to police at Caernarvon Twp.
