Who does this? He does has two places to live and he parks in a target parking lot! With the car running and goes to sleep! Notice passenger side front bumper he’s wrecked it! Doesn’t use any turn signals.

This crazy person followed me right up on my bumper for what reason I have no clue, but did this all the way to the stop sign and then proceeded to pull up beside my car and jump out of the passengers seat yelling and cursing. I was so blown away I good it to get away from said crazy person and their door scratched and dented all down the driver's side of my car. NUTJOB!!!!!! WATCH OUT!!
