Driver of a yellow Ram truck refused to yield the left hand lane on NB I-17, despite a line of 10+ cars trying to pass. Drove in the fast lane below the posted speed limit and intentionally slowed down/sped up to prevent anyone from passing on the right. When drivers were finally able to pass, he extended his middle finger to everyone. He is mentally and/or socially imbalanced and doesnt seem to understand basic courtesy or the rules of the road.

Saw this car driving erratically and the driver (Hispanic male) was dressed like a woman and screaming something . I called the police and reported it.

Guy lost a tire while driving down NB SR167 through Kent Wa, it rolled all over the freeway and nearly caused a pileup. His load was unsecured, we wasn’t paying attention to the road eating/on their phone etc, not maintaining the speed limit. All in all an absolute menace on the road.
