Driving slowly around deerfield park for 3 hours and parking in different spots. He was in his 60’s/70’s and was staring at everyone, even slowed down to watch us a few times. He also began to follow us as we left the park. The car is a red Chevy Impala, mid 2000’s.

Weirdo was parked outside of my house for a few hours smoking a cigar. Looked like he was staking out a house. Car was a silver toyota suv. Definitely sketchy.

Hit and run driver. Backs up at red lights, apparently trying to be nice or to prevent a ticket. But when he hits you. He don’t care. He just leaves.
