I think it may be that time in your life where you should seriously consider turning in your license. You should not be changing lanes and then coming to an almost complete stop in a travel lane when everyone else is going 45mph. That's extremely dangerous.

Seriously deranged driver. I see him almost every day around lunch time driving southbound on rte 33. Weaving in and out of traffic, looks to be in a hurry. I can't help but peek into his Honda and see that he looks like a sadistic prick in a hurry to mortify his wife or girlfriend when he gets home. But that's just me. He's probably a great guy. But damn.. Slow down.
