It's the Law in NY that you must stop for a school bus with red lights flashing. This lady was 100 feet away when red lights showed up. There was no way to miss them. She just kept driving. The fact that such drivers don't pay attention when they drive can cause tragedy of any form.

I watched this individual stare at her phone on the wheel while driving on West Chester Pike about 3 miles. Multiple times she crossed the yellow line. I slowed to get her attention, but her focus was on her phone too hard! Sad to see.

This person committed a hit and run to my car. Was drunk at the time caught the plate right before he sped off. Police report filed.
