Drifted into my lane without looking or signaling, almost hit me. Then a few minutes later randomly stopped in the middle of the road and opened their door, forcing other drivers to go around.

This man is out of control.. he ran a stop sign right in front of me. And when I confronted him he threw a saw blade at me. The best part is he had a child in the car . And no the child wasn't in a car seat.
