She’s from Tulare CA and drives a 2014 Toyota RAV4. She stole flowers off of people’s gravestones in Visalia Cemetery. Someone confronted her about it and she said “why are you taking this so personal?” If you get her name, report her to the police for theft. Blast her name out on social media, as well as these two pics!

Drug dealer at it again! Picks up drug orders at 3 different locations. Mont Pleasant, crane street area, Rotterdam Beverage center, and Duane Ave area.

Tailgated at 5 over, cut off other car while rapidly jumping lanes to move 1 car ahead of me and enter the parking lot at the same time.
