This guy was driving erratically and brake checked me while holding his coffee out of the window, also spitting and swearing at 8:00AM. Hope he got his cup of coffee.

This person cut off several cars on a 4 lane road with no median, going at high speeds. They seemingly did not know anyone else was on the road or didn't care. Switched lanes without signaling, got in front of other cars when there was very little space to maneuver, almost caused several accidents within a 5 minute period. Possibly drunk.

This apparently can't get up early enough for work every morning. Always racing, always riding everyone's ass. On top of that, he loves the sound of his AutoZone fart can on his poor man's minivan Subaru.

Early 2000s Mustang, rusty orange.
Driver:white Male, almost an albino, with hoops through his earlobes. Mid 20s to early 30s.
Parks next to my friend's RV outside a quiet truck tire place in Warrenton. He and fam are first leg of beach trip, and waiting for a flat tire repair. Out hero approaches with a camera, asking if he can take pictures of the RV. Claims he's a hobby photographer, mentioning guitars as one of his favorite subject matter. My friend manufactures custom guitars, and pick-ups; Asks a few easy questions about the guitars, which he fails. Suddenly says he wants to go take pictures of a big puddle in the parking lot. Leaves moments later ... headphones on, eyes locked on his phone.
Keep your eyes peeled for this plate, character & MO. He certainly had not good things in mind.
