Instead of waiting for one car to go by on northbound Livernois, which is incidentally down to one lane, this guy prefers to cut off that one car on his way out of the shopping center.

Almost caused an accident by cutting me off from the far lane in front of me when I was in the process of turning right from the designated lane.
Almost caused an accident by cutting me off from the far lane in front of me when I was in the process of turning right from the designated lane.
This guy blew right through a red light, almost hitting my whole family in the crosswalk. Slapped the back of his car to get his attention but he went right through the intersection and turned on to the next street. I found him pulled over there, texting. Probably why he ran the light. Confronted him and he had no idea what happened (or pretended not to). Watch out!
