Nevermind that 20 cars have been parked for 30+ minutes in the elementary school car line, this jerk jumped the whole line and parked in front of the first car as if he was entitled to it. Your black Surburban is covered in bird poo, guess even the birds know you're a jerk.

The driver made a series of unsafe maneuvers on the highway as well as streets. First on the 690e,81 exchange - harrison street exit. Caravan abruptly slowed down on exchange. Stopped at the green light (complete) before going, made unsafe lane change into the far left turn lane. Further, after turning (u turn onto almond) we had established our lanes. I was in the far right on almond and he was in the middle lane when he suddenly and aggressively swerved in to my lane (far right) - (a right turn lane onto harrison). I had to slam on my brakes while in 3rd gear in order to avoid being hit (drivers side front end).I had been established in the lane long enough to have shifted into 3rd gear. The white-haired driver seems very dangerous on the road.

I remember in December of 2017 that this guy was driving all around the road (I assumed that this guy was drunk) like a maniac. I was with my family at the time, coming back from Newport News. This happened near the James River bridge when leaving Newport News. I was pretty worried that something or someone was gonna get hurt. Thankfully, nothing too major happened. To this day, I can still remember the license plate by heart.

Is a rude driver that insults people. She throws her car at you forcing you to move unless you want your car to get dent. She drives terrible get in people way not knowing where she is going. She is a safety hazard.
