1/30/2019, 8:50am, Black Chevy sports car cut through pedestrian walkway on northwest side of La Cienega and El Segundo Blvd Intersections, then took side street, westbound, blowing stop sign and cutting in front of vehicles waiting at light.

Blocked the pathway to the door in the apartment complex for 30+ mins. Apparently "bringing in groceries". The spot is a hashed space next to a handicap spot as well.

This jerk pulled out in front of me. Had to slam on my brakes in order to avoid an accident. The roads were a little slick do to the weather but thankfully I avoided an accident.
