Silver Porsche. Cut in front of a line of people waiting to merge onto freeway. He had crossed over 2 solid lines. Then had to slam his brakes on causing others to slam their brakes on including a semi. Then thought he was cute by going through the tunnels merging from 210 to try and speed through traffic, cutting people off and having to slam his brakes on because he can't drive and almost rear ended a truck. Finally got through all the traffic, and continues to cut people off going over 100, weaving in and out of cars. If I was behind a on duty car I would have taken him to jail.

That lady driving lift rejected my crew because they are Spanish, made them get out of the car in the rain, because she did not feel safe driving in Camden
