This female threw a beer bottle out her window. Was swerving down La Tuna cyn. She was swerving so bad she drove in the bicycle and emergency lane most of the way down the hill. The picture only reflects her in the bike lane a little bit, but most of the way down the hill her car was completely in the emergency lane. She is also driving with bald tires and expired registration.

Very rude and disgusting driver....I was allowing this rude individual on the belt and she flipped me the bird.
