Saw this driver strike a cyclist from behind in Cobble Hill Brooklyn. Couldn’t tell if even stopped to see if the cyclist was ok. Hope someone called the cops. Wish I had!

Abruptly swerving between lanes, cutting people off with no turn signal
I caught someone lurking in my backyard. They ran to a car and when i seen an interior light come on I ran to the road and took the tag# down.
