Saw this guy on I-20 East near Cheniere, LA at around 12:45PM CST on 10/12/18. He was going about 15 MPH over the speed limit, weaving in and out of traffic, and throwing trash out of his car all at the same time.

This Operation Downtown Gater completely blew through a red stop light on 2nd & Walnut at 3:00 PM. If the traffic had been moving the two men in the gator would have been killed. They need to slow their arse down before they hurt someone and get the city sued.
