2 kids passed me and flipped me off while cutting abruptly infront of me. Then keep intimidating me by breaking/stopping and going. Also drove next to me slowly and flipped me off.

Very rude and threatening also un chained our private property chain and came up driveway.. when confronted he became very beligerant and threatened me.. I am a disabled woman and was very frightened

He’s a horrible person. He was approached by Conedisonto do repairs to our apartment to move his vehicle, he tried to start it & it wouldn’t start supposedly & then he threatened them if they had his van moved. He was a total a-home.

Horrible driver! Speeds and swerves in and out of lanes with no regard for others.

Driver pulled up to my window and flagged me to step out of my car after him fail8ng to use a stop sign and me resulting to use my horn
