This 25-35 year old black male driver chose to open his car window at a red light and throw a plastic cup out his window. After being confronted verbally by multiple people (one of them walking by handing the cup back to him) he threw it out the window again and drove off. Car is a matte grey 2010/2011 Acura TL with car emblems removed.

Seen recklessly driving in family neighborhood. Argued with a mom and her kids who asked him to slow down. Teenage kid with no respect for others... would not be surprised if he's in a serious accident soon.

I live at the Olentangy Commons in Columbus. This cars alarm has been going off for days and went off at least 10 times yesterday. One of my roommates finally had enough last night and went to get a picture of the car/license plate to report to our front office. When he did, he saw that the driver was inside of the car and was intentionally setting off the car alarm. We have since learned that this is a common tactic used by people involved with human trafficking in order to obtain new "workers". If you see this car, please be cautious and look out for any suspicious activity.
