If you honk at this guy driving with his gf for not moving at a green light he will try to make you wreck by pulling up infront of you and then slamming his brakes.

This driver just hit me and proceeded to drive off. I was able to catch up with her and when I told her to pull over, she laughed and drove off again.

Vehicle matching this one’s description (and having Montana plates) was observed removing mail from boxes on US95 near MP 483, north of Sandpoint, Idaho, on or about 6/21/2018. Multiple witnesses gave same description to law enforcement.
