Gentleman driving this vehicle was swerving in and out of lanes with the rooftop down and a young child about the age of 10 in the passenger seat going 95 down the highway. While doing this he's making it very obvious to other cars they should move over for him to pass by waving his hands having both hands off the wheel as well as flicking passengers off if they are going to slow.

This guy has unloaded purchased goods from the trolley and kept the trolley in the next parking space without keeping it back in the dedicated trolley storage section.
