JDF3043 cut us off trying to turn right from the center lane to skip a long line we had waited for 2 lights in to turn right from the turning lane (due to construction on a nearby street). Driver refused to give us our right of way and skidded our loudly forward causing us to nearly be hit by him as we made the turn. There was no reason we should have expected him to turn from his car’s position. Philadelphia has the worst most self centered negligent reckless drivers, but this man’s behavior was egregious; he will surely injure or kill someone in his lifetime if he continues driving that way, probably a pedestrian.
We then watched him blatantly intentionally run a red light the next block while pedestrians were attempting to cross in the crosswalk. His driving was impatient, aggressive and dangerous. Calling 911 in Philly has not resulted in driver citations in similar cases in the past.

this driver @ 1:30pm 06/02/2018 we argued about the parking spot and i got the spot because i wait for and hour waiting the spot and he start traitining to flatten all my tires so what kind of driver he is?

Driving like a maniac in a blue vehicle, heading south on the FDR. Traffic moving slowly and this little bespectacled sociopath with his arm hanging out of the window jeered erratically with, between and throughout each of the three lanes... In bumper to bumper traffic, for miles.

Cut me off in I-4 without looking or using turn signal. Had to get out of my lane or he would've hit me. Honked and he made no acknowledgement to his mistake. Douche bag, you can't drive a truck properly, you have no concept of your truck size.

She drives terribly and is very disrespectful towards children and seniors. Her language is inappropriate and is a danger to society.
