6/1/18 at 6:30am. On local streets, this driver of a black truck was speeding and almost ran through a red light. Once on the freeway, the truck tailgated to the extreme. Literally bumper to bumper with some cars.

Shown here in picture fully parked in fire lane. Not sitting or pulled over, they parked and proceeded to enter supermarket (presumably to shop)
Besides this incident I have seen this car multiple times speeding through this parking lot and running through the stop signs and crosswalks.

On Clybourn Ave in Toluca Lake: “UPS came at 3:29pm today and at 3:39pm this guy came on my porch and took them.
A security guard got his lic plate number which is 7KNF409
Be on the lookout. His is following the UPS guy around!”

As I was trying to pass this fool he sped up and tried to make me have a head-on collision with a guy coming the other way then when I tried down he slows down to make me hit that guy head on. that other guy had to drive off the road these kind of people don't deserve a license. I'm going to bet he has no license or insurance.
