On 5/9/18 at 10:30 AM this slick punk with his arm dangling out the window was impatiently tailgating people on the Foothills Parkway in east Boulder. I just got around to sorting the photos and almost forgot about this dreg.

Cut me off, zoomed around me, and then tried to force me off the road. Because I did a legal merge in front of him (with plenty of room, did not even have to brake) when the lanes narrowed! Dangerous and aggro. Watch out.
