Why did you pull out in front of me when you were leaving a school? I had the right of way you didn't are you blind that was by far the stupidest manuver anyone in this state could have done you are lucky i didn't go ahead and hit you.

Terrible driver, absolutely horrible. Should just stay in penn. or just off the road in general. If you try and pass him when he’s going slow he will speed up and then slow back down so you can’t go anywhere
