Very bad driver, speeding and eractic lane changes, nearly hit him as he came into my lane, slamming on his brake to a complete stop on the highway.

This car cuts people and doesn't even signal. He squeezes himself into lanes where bumpers are close to hit each other. Not only that but he does illegal turns when there's a NO U- turn sign. He still does the U-TURN. He drives and eats 2 lanes on a 3 traffic way.
