Driver came in very close and almost clipped me. Driver signaled but there wasn't enough room without me hitting the brakes, and then afterwards failed to signal in subsequent turns

If you are going exactly the speed limit camping in the left lane. Don’t get mad if i pass you on the right and then cut me off

Passed us back then proceeds to tailgate a semi when it can go faster and leave it alone. Happens in Oakwood, IL
