9:30 pm 9/19/17 on 55 south. Was acting out road rage trying to block a drive from exiting at exit 56. Caused them to miss the exit. Then kept adjusting speed with them behind .

When there is a big F-ing sign with flashing lights that says watch for merging traffic. That means dont hang out there when you see a string of cars coming on the freeway. Douche
