Teenage driver first name Kathy - drugs, alcohol, keeps coming by our house with two white males trying to get my 17 year old daughter to go with them. They were in my house when we were not home this weekend.

Driver entered a closed road and at a fast pace weaved between several children on bikes and scooters in the street then proceeded to gun it out of the block and accelerate at a fast rate up a residential street.

Watched 2 skinny white guys run out of Penny's at the Galleria in Roseville at 8:30pm on Saturday with arms full of new pants. Another guy waiting on the drivers seat. Got in the car and drove out without lights on. Thieves in this car!!!!

Ran a red light then came within inches of clipping me while I was in a crosswalk. Didn't slow down the slightest bit. Complete ass!
