This white male in his 50's swerved from the center lane at 60 MPH, into the right lane (where we were), and through to the exit. Both us and him almost hit the barrier, and he would have hit us if we hadn't have slammed on the brakes. A middle finger from him as he sped away made us think that this wasn't his first offense.

Driver will go under speed limit on Seward hwy. Takes forever to pass anyone in passing lanes so you're stuck behind them in no passing areas. Just an all around ahole that makes everyone miserable behind them.
