Dangerous LYFT Driver ran a red light on one block, then almost hit a pedestrian at the next block. He's driving with his face buried in his cel phone! This driver/officer is incapable of limiting the distractions within his vehicle while driving, causing him to drift across multiple lanes and nearly colliding with other vehicles. Doesn't use turn signals either.

Doesn't know what one way means or how to stop at a stop sign... almost T-boned me because she ran a stop sign and only looked one way.
