Doesn't understand how rotary intersections work. Almost hits a biker. About a month ago I was riding to work, and I was in a rotary. A Ford E 350 van hit me because he didn't understand how the lanes work in conjunction to the the circle. So here I am, 2 screws and 15 stitches later, a totalled bike, and I'm bed ridden for months. It's people like this that make me red in the face. (My crash and the picture I drew aren't this guy)

I turned right on a yellow light and driver of white Lincoln 7GSX367 honked, tailed, and then exited her vehicle at the next intersection to threaten me. Van Nuys area.
