Don't be a prick dude. In heavy traffic or any traffic for that matter it doesn't net you any gain to hopscotch other drivers out of frustration as if they were personally insulting you. Just go with the flow, use your turn signal.

Hi. I'm glad you've become acclimated to southern Kalifornia, now kindly drive politely and legally. You're overdue for a CA plate and CDL I'm sure.. Yes those FLA tax rates are nice aren't they!? Please minimally use your turn signal, especially when rudely weaving in and out of traffic amongst your neighbors during the morning rush. And don't tailgate. This driver was driving very recklessly through construction. He came speeding up the left shoulder when the lane had already ended and all other traffic had merged. He cut in front of a car and threw mud from his back tires. He is the type of driver who endangers drivers around him as well as the people in his car.
