Owner tried to meet a 11 year old girl after explicit chats on Instagram and Facebook. Howie admitted to "sending some of the messages" but tried to claim he was hacked and "he was not a pedo". Howie then asked to see the printed out messages and crumbled them up as soon as he was given a copy, he then attempted to aggressively snatch the stack of all the messages in a fit of rage. He then got very aggressive, started yelling, and his wife Meredith stepped in to get him to stop incriminating himself further. His phone number was also linked to an app known for sharing illegal images of minors and he follows a lot of underage accounts on social media.

I'm getting sick and tired of your aggressive driving every morning. Meredith Dr is 35 not 55 and I-235 E is not your personal racetrack for you to tailgate me with your high beams on. The speed limit is not 85 when you weave in and out of traffic with no signal and only feet to spare.
