Biggest POS on the road. No clue how to change lanes, stops short almost caused a couple accidents and me to rear end him when he cut me off then slammed on his brakes, head facing down in his lap while speeding, weaving, road rage, spit out his window at my car. Went to run his plate, and it does not exist. On top of being an arrogant, dangerous driver, he's running around on phony, illegal plates. Farmingdale, Melville, Westbury, be aware of this one.
