Cuts off the driver and then starts brake checking the cammer while the cammer follows her and gets agitated to the point she chases the cammer and gets out of her car to throw a mysterious liquid at the cammer car. Possible Karen in a Fiesta! Sugar Hill, GA 9/21/2023

Driver parked in a handicapped parking spot for 30 minutes then blew up when I photographed her SUV. She insinuated I was drinking an alcoholic beverage, which when I showed her the can turned out to be Barq’s Rootbeer. She tried intimidation next by asking me: Do you know who I am?
