Cut me off the other day and tried to run me off the road. Then stopped in front of me causing me to hit his back bumper and he dragged me out of the car and attempted to beat me.

Could someone help find these cars with the license plate AVE2836/AVE2837. They were drying I think 55-70mph out of the aarriving zone @ the airport. (Wasn't able to get pics)

Apparently he is one of many who make our parking problem worse. He and a friend hold spots for each other. I was waiting for him to move and his buddy showed up and pulled in front of me cutting me off for the spot. They both got out to tell me I couldn't have the public street spot. Other driver involved was NY plate T717737C who pulled in and waited around while his friend left for an hour and reclaimed the spot. All the while this driver knows the building I live in now and is asking what apt I'm in. Be warned these scumbags think they own public spots.
