Elderly schmuck mistook the shoulder for a traffic lane.
He followed me a further 3 miles, past 2 off ramps and 2 on ramps, so he wasn't just taking a quick shortcut.

They've got a blue Jetta, crossed a double yellow around traffic on a curve and nearly caused a collision. Next time, I'm calling the cops.

someone is diving around mesa az and using these plates on a white mini van and going around stealing things...the actual vehicle pertaining to the plates may very well be linked to the crimes comitted.
