This guys car is quick. I chased him on the southern state parkway but couldn't keep up in my STI. I blew him a kiss when he got off his exit and he threw up a DUB sign. Cute guy.

This man sped past me and at least 3 other cars on the right shoulder after the metered on ramp merged down to 1 lane. It was crazy dangerous. Then proceeded to speed and tailgate down 101.

Male Driver Acting suspicious - driving slowly at Sibley Park, turned into Parking lot that was in the path of the walking trail I was on, then slowly drove up behind me as I crossed to the other side of that lot. I crossed to a different path and he turned same direction and drove slowly past. Then continued to be seen driving slowing across from where I was walking on the other side of Sibley Park.
