Diver: Asian female, around 28 y.o. Car: White BMW Z4. She is either crazy or drunk. Honk at me when I tried to slow down when driving over big potholes on a right turn. Cut me off when we're merging into one lane. She then weaved left and right through a slow traffic on a ramp merging on to a freeway. Then powered through and cut other cars in line trying to merge into the freeway and cars taking the exit. Very dangerous driver that should't get the privilege to drive on public roads.

Ran over a large black dog around 3:48 PM on 1/29/17 at Denny and Melrose in Seattle. Paused for about 2 seconds after feeling the dog roll under their wheels, and then sped off. Absolutely monstrous. Rot in hell.

Yes I agree the driver is a psychopath. He Jumped into my lane to avoid a turning car that was in front of him on 14th st nw without showing signal causing me to brake hard so that I don't hit his car and when we get to a red light he got out of his car and threatened to beat me up. Someone please get this bozo off the road!
