Driver treats stops signs like a yield sign. Be careful when you come across this driver at a stop sign. Seems to be in a rush to an accident or mowing down a pedestrian.

Looks like speeding or driving under the influence finally caught up with this driver. Grazed an electric pole which disintegrated the left front wheel while also knocking down a street sign. 10 violations to date including several school speed zone cameras.
