Wasn't paying attention when trying to change lanes and almost ran me off into a barrier. Got annoyed and sped back into her lane when I beeped at her.

9/8/16 at 5:35 pm: turned right onto Fulton (westbound) from Laguna (southbound), cut off pedestrian and was interacting with her cell phone. She made eye contact with pedestrian but did not slow down, just continued driving and interacting with her cell phone.

This crazy woman was cussing me out and flipping me off in the Starbucks drive thru. I had my 10yr old in the car, I have no idea what her problem was. Serious road rage.
