This guy is in his late 30s or 40s- has two school age kids. Was swerving and cutting off cars left and right- from both the right and left only turn lanes. He would then roll down his windows at stops and yell obscenities and insults with his kids listening. Steer clear of this hothead!

Unfortunately whoever was driving the black Camry in the morning in Glen Allen, VA tonight at 7:03AM hit my car and ran. So definitely not a good driver. Check out the mirror it probably has a scratch because it scratched the my right mirror when he bumped into me. So basically he just hit me and ran. A hit and run.

Driving a dodge journey, lady in her mid 30's dirty blonde hair. She was driving all over the place and rolling her window down screaming obscenities at other drivers. She should be arrested. She was inciting road rage in the middle of stopped traffic.
